MASSAGE

Marin Seguel has been doing massage for 26 years. Her style of massage uses advanced knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and myofascial techniques. Her intuition and genuine nature round out her clinical expertise.

MASSAGE SCHEDULE

YOGA

The yoga classes are for beginners to intermediate. Safe alignment meets playfulness. Marin loves to teach all abilities and explore edges with her students that suits their individual needs. Max class size is 7 students.

YOGA CLASSES

FITNESS

The fitness classes are taught in a circuit. The small class size ensures that you will get personal attention on technique. We utilize weights, the TRX, Bosu Ball, resistance bands and body weight exercises. Max class size is 7 students.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training can be done individually or in a small group. Marin works with the goals of her clients and customizes the sessions to the needs of each client or group. She has more than 30 years of experience in training and uses her in depth knowledge of the body to create a safe and challenging session.
